The ingredients in this tea, such as nettle leaf, help relieve hay fever and other types of allergies that lead to chest issues, especially like chest congestion, etc. Other herbs help in reducing mucus and coughs like horehound, loquat leaf, and marshmallow root. It purifies the blood and thus reduces inflammation, which results from allergies through herbs like nettle and tumeric. Elecampane is equally powerful for chronic coughs and mucus, often associated with asthma, bronchitis, and allergic people.
